RESEARCH METHOD & FINDINGS

RESEARCH METHOD & FINDINGS

User datas and insights are gathered from MVP and previous designs

User datas and insights are gathered from MVP and previous designs

The research methods utilized involved gathering both quantitative and qualitative data through user feedback on the product's MVP, provided by my client. Notably, the product already had an MVP in place before I joined the team. Analyzing the data from the MVP by affinity diagramming, I gained insights into the positive and negative experiences of previous users, helping identify areas for improvement in workflow and determining new features to incorporate into the current product design.

Working solo with business constraints (no user interviews, limited budget/time, small team), I relied on client-provided findings/resources and past design decisions. Detailed planning and scope narrowing helped me navigate this challenge.
