It takes the form of a sweet little letter—think soft nudges, not guilt trips—suggesting mindful things you could do instead of sinking deeper into the doomscroll void. Coded and styled entirely with Lovable AI, this project was a lighthearted way for me to explore creative tech while calling out a habit we all fall into (yes, even me).
