Qariyb provides a centralized platform for the Muslim community to search, host and, promote their events within the community. It aims to benefit event organizers, event enthusiasts, and local businesses by streamlining event management and connecting users to a wider network of Muslims both locally and globally.

There is no centralized platform for the global Muslim community to join, create, and promote their events—so many rely on word-of-mouth, WhatsApp, and Facebook groups to discover what’s happening. This need sparked the creation of Qariyb.

Qariyb holds a special place in my journey—it was the very first project I worked on as a product designer. I had the opportunity to lead the design and collaborate closely with the founder, shaping the early product experience and launching the beta last year. Since then, Qariyb has taken a new direction.
